The plumber who originally fixed the leak cut out the ceiling to fix the leak, but was not able to reinstall it. We hired Josh to replace the ceiling. He did an excellent job. He was punctual and polite, and kept me looped in on the entire project. He got my sign-off on all of his decisions and ran pricing by me when he needed to buy supplies. He knew exactly what he was doing. Josh finished the job quickly in two days and did excellent work while paying attention to detail. I would certainly hire him again!"

"I had been looking for a contractor to fix my window frame so my window would close for a year. Everyone just wanted to replace my windows. Richard is really knowledgeable about how buildings are constructed and always tries to just fix the problem. I had him come out to assess the problem and maybe fit it. At least he could tell what the exact problem, fix it or tell me what kind of contractor I should be looking for. What he found was a ton of lint and cat hair on the rollers on the bottom. He took out the window, checked and cleaned the rollers and the track then replaced the window. He showed me how it happened so I can avoid this. I cannot say enough positive about Richard. I have used him before and he never tries to do the "big sell". I totally trust him and recommend him to anyone."

"They did a really good job. The first installer did not install the door properly and the latch did not line up so it wouldn't lock. We contacted them and another installer came out and did a super job. He basically had to redo it. He did and it came out great. They do a good job and if something isn't quite right to begin with they are responsible. They get it done correctly and professionally. I would say they are a reliable company."

Creig has provided services for us for years.  Whatever needs doing on a house, he can and does do.  He is a skilled electrician, plumber, contractor, etc.  He has fixed garage doors, installed new garage door openers, installed lighting indoors and outside, fixed sliding glass doors, fixed plumbing leaks, etc. He comes immediately in case of an emergency to do emergency repairs.  He is always very professional, extremely skilled and a real gem. He cleans up thoroughly before leaving. I can't praise him highly enough.  He is honest and will tell you truthfully what can/should be done or what can wait. His charges are very reasonable.
