"The system it self works fine but it was the damage they did to mu yard and refusal to repair it correctly. I was told that if I give a negative report about this company they will not honor my warranty. And so far they have kept their word. I requested that someone come out and adjust the heads as they are watering my neighbors lawn. No one had returned my email. We have many mis agreements and I got loud with one of the techs they came out to fix the yard because he told me to go in the house and let him work in my yard. I told him to leave. They left large cracks all throughout the yard. Some of them you can fit your hand into. The tech came out with one bag of dirt to repair the lawn and I advised him that was not enough. I have photos of my yard if anyone want to see. If they had just fix the cracks, everything else was ok. They credited $300 back to my card but I advised them that I wanted my yard fix and I did not ask for any money back."

Using a person on the ground and a tree climber they went to top and took apart the tree small piece at a time to make sure it did not damage any buildings. Once it was low enough to safely bring down they cut it. Same with other tree in those limbs were over my garage. They used ropes and pulleys to secure each piece then cut that piece so rope would hold it. Then they lowered safe to ground. In the end their safe work got everything done with no person or building being damaged."
