Equipment was stored neatly at the end of each day. Our house is covered in Hardy cement board shingles and requires exceptional attention to detail to prevent drips. This complication was handled perfectly and the process was not rushed. The rear of the property required painting at up to 30 feet high from ladders. The crew showed excellent ladder safety practices and took no shortcuts. All of the workers were polite, friendly and diligent. I do not give 5 star ratings unless they are well earned. It is difficult to make a definitive price comparison, as we did not get estimates from other contractors, but we trust Chris—I had hired him for work on a previous house—and feel that his prices were very fair and reasonable. Casement windows are expensive and we expected that; the new ones are excellent. While here to do the windows the guys also moved a heavy chest from the garage up to our second floor, a task we could not have done ourselves. We can highly recommend Chris Jackson’s Contracting.
