Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods and -- yes -- different pricing. Maybe would have been better to pay as you go, then at least they would only receive payment when they visit. Was told two weeks ago they would be stopping out, and nothing. Last time I had to request a full refund, and surprise, they came out the next day."
