Then I spoke With Eddie. He changed my mind after providing much needed GE operating information. Within 3 days my oven was repaired. Both upper and lower heating elements were changed out and the oven works great. Eddie was the first service technician who took the time to explain what happened and why. "Don’t look further, you have found a fabulous 5-star appliance resourcservice, which I have used previously. I left Vmail for a service appoint; received a return call within minutes and scheduled an appointment for next day, Saturday, due to a late Friday afternoon call. Otherwise, the service could’ve been performed on Friday. Patrick was very polite and asked if I’d trouble shoot the problem by checking the dryer exhaust hose that connects the dryer to the exhaust vent that leads to exhaust outside. Of course, I clean everything imaginable but NEVER pull out the Dryer to disconnect and clean the inside of the hose. YUK is a mild description of for this lint clogged mess. The flexible hose was plugged with wet lint. Everything else was working on the dryer. Now I’ve learned something about dryers. Patrick suggested in our call that if this was the case, we should replace the silver flexible vent hose that camps on to dryer and the interior vent. We did exactly that and our problem is solved. After endless unresponsive repair services and more, it was a true pleasure to work with a repair professional who values his customer’s time and money. Rare in today’s world. Thank you Patrick!!!!"

"When we purchased the home, we had the furnace for a year or so. We knew we were going to have to replace it so we got bids and stuff from everybody. They were local and they were in the ball park and did a good job on that. They would be a company I would contact to get a quote from."

"We didn't get them through Angie's List, they used to be General Heating and that is who we bought the equipment from. We have been generally pleased with them. We have a contract with them. they come out and they do the service twice a year. The cost is like $260 and they come out twice a year. They are good about putting stuff on their shoes when they come in. They don't try to push too much on you like you want this extended contract. Last time he was here, he thinks that we are going to need a new heating system because some of the noises and stuff but he doesn't recommend getting it until it completely blows as opposed to someone trying to force a new thing on you."
