"Steve Violette removed old asphalt and discovered they needed to remove close to two feet of clay. Clay was replaced with 2 feet of crushed stone and compacted. Three inches of asphalt was applied and compacted. Due to removal of additional clay and replaced with additional crushed stone the final cost was $900.00 above original estimate. The final cost was equal to the highest original bid for the driveway work."

"Home Inpsection (May)- <strong>Professional and Personable Home Inspection</strong> (wish we used them on our previous purchase-Probably wouldn't have needed to buy another home). <br /> Driveway Sealing (Aug)-Seems to be a great product-Coal Tar Emulsion, used on many airports-will see how it holds up over the winter-and the service was exceptional. <br /> Every conversation leading upto, (and the many niggling questions and calls I had after), were answered as if I was the only business they had on the docket for the day. Can't tell you how great it is when someone takes the time and has patience for those of use who don't know everything.. <br /> Bought a new home in May, vetted many inspectors before the closing and HIP Was the most responsive, professional, and forthright about; What to expect, the costs, when the report would be delivered, how they do the inspection and if I had any questions, anytime, today, tom., next year, give them a call-I did, and they do anwer, as if its the first time.. Liked them so Much, when I was shopping for Driveway sealers I thought I would see how they stacked up. Well, not only is the product (so far) the best I have seen, but the service here to was superior to all the others I tried to deal with. <br />"

"Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"
