He also did a walk around the house and pointed out what needed to be done to help lessen the water. I am happy to say that the new system (and pump) they installed has worked perfectly - have not had any occurrence of water issues since. Definitely would rehire them again!"

"Rapid Dry called me the very next day after I purchased the $125 special via Angie's List to schedule the service. They fit my schedule perfectly. Alex showed up right on time--maybe even a minute or 2 early and was very professional and knowledgeable. He accommodated all my special requests, was obviously very good at what he does and was very customer service oriented. He actually probably did a bit more area than was part of the special without me even asking. When finished, Alex checked back with me to make sure I was satisfied and even offered to come back if I noticed any ares that had not come clean. No need for that as he did a great job even getting out some spots/stains that we had been unable to get out with those spray carpet cleaners. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

More than just a company name- Paul and his crew did truly exquisite work, at a very reasonable price. Couldn’t be more satisfied.  Paul was a pleasure to work with – very professional and responsive.  Despite being extremely busy he routinely answered the phone and returned calls quickly. Paul is highly skilled at ceiling/drywall repair and Josh is an excellent painter.  They clearly take pride in their work and won’t accept anything less than their customers’ complete satisfaction.  While doing the repairs Paul noticed additional areas that needed work and did them at no extra charge. Even though I said I was completely satisfied when asked, I later noticed a small area of textured ceiling that could use another coat of paint to better match.  I called them back and they were out again in a few days to do it.  Paul is the kind of contractor you hope for but never actually expect to find!  I would trust them with any project. "He did a wonderful job. The only part of the roof on the building it was flat the house was built in 1957 He came in and talked to me about the repair and my concern about flat roof and i was worried about it leaking again. So he told me why the way he was going to fix it would reproof against leaking and he went ahead and did that. It was difficult because it was 30 feet up but he came and he did an excellent job and its never leaked since but I was up on the roof, at least six months after it was repaired I noticed that part of the flushing around the vent it looks like its starting to come up called him and he came in quickly within the day. He went ahead and repaired it and ever since then it has been perfect. Never leaked."
