Time was taken to listen to what we wanted/didn’t want and thorough explanation given of the entire process. On 5/2/25 Stellar contracting called to review details and confirm our choices. On 5/5/25 Stellar scheduling called and full installation scheduled for 5/9/25, completed 1 day! The crew and project manager, Cisco, were fabulous to deal with on the install day and even after. A link was provided where we could see pictures of the whole project as it happened. Cisco was readily available on install day and even after with questions and concerns. It was obvious that Cisco did care about the roof we were getting and took pride in the quality of the job that was done. The crew paid good attention to the clean up, there was a lot of debris all over the place. Looking forward to future business with them!"

"My experience with Nordic Roofing was excellent. The owner, Peter, came within a few hours of initially speaking with him after I described a leak coming in from my roof vent. He went up on the roof, assessed the situation, and with all that was necessary he fixed the leak on the spot. He was willing to skip charging me, since in his opinion a major job was not required. He even took photos of the problem and sent them to me. I was impressed that he didn't try to upsell me for more than what was required, not only for the roof leak, but for a small problem with my porch posts. In my opinion, since he can be trusted with the little things, he can be trusted to help you out fairly with whatever scale project you might have. "Call these guy on a weekend after a big wind storm that blow off most of are roof. They show up after hours just to install a tarp on are roof to keep the rain out. Then show up the next day which was a Sunday to fix are roof could not ask for a better out come very satisfied."

"Most overpriced roofing company around. It's laughable the quotes I was given by these guys vs. the other roofers I spoke with. Combine that with the fact I was warned about how they are quick to go the half-a** route when encountering a problem vs. actually doing the right thing and solving the problem. I've heard many accounts of this company just throwing up flashing and tar over a problem area of a roof instead of taking off the bad old roof and fixing it the correct way. People please get MANY MANY quotes for MANY different companies and you will quickly see that Proctor is a rip-off artist."

"If you like poor communication, bad workmanship, and endless promises to fix his own bad work, then Patrick with Fine Line Improvements is for you! I hired Patrick to replace our wooden roof rakes with aluminum since squirrels were chewing them and getting into the attic. Less than a few weeks later they were separating at the seams and pulling off the building. Multiple times I asked Patrick if he could do something about it. Multiple times he said he would, or that he would follow up at a later date. Almost a year later, the issue still isn't resolved."
