While opening up the box to my 65inch Tv Carl found that it was defected. Carl offered to take it back to Walmart and switch it out for me, he didn’t have to do that but he did and it was no problem for him! He sure enough went to Walmart and was able to make the switch and brought me back a NEW TV. He was very pleasant to have and I would hire him again!!!"

"Dream Work Designs renovated my 30' x 16' deck. I had them rip everything out except the structure and replace it. As it turns out, they even ended up doing some structural work for me--sistering floor joists, squaring an end joist, and improving on the original stairs. These were not things I originally requested or was aware of, so it was refreshing that they were transparent about the structural deficiencies. While it took much longer than originally quoted (granted--they were dodging snowstorms), the end result was very good and Brian and Karen did a great job of staying in touch throughout the process. "Ray and his guys did a great job on my home. They begain by power washing the house, scrapped all the loose paint, caulking where needed to be caulked and even replaced some of the bad siding the contractor before them missed. It took several days to complete the job and were here two weeks as I added other jobs along the way. Ray spray painted the whole house first then the guys went to work on the trim and windows. Then they went back to look for anything missed and touched up. I had the guys replace bad boards on my deck and they stained the deck to match the color of the trex I had them put on the bottom deck. Spot on! I also had them replace some plumbing and lastly one of my main beams in the garage cracked and even though they were done with my job Ray responded right away and the guys came over repairing the problem. Very pleased with the workmanship, attention to detail and overall they made sure when they left we were satisfied. Work was top notch and prices very very reasonable. "They say some jobs are too big for the do-it-youselfer, mounting a tv in a recessed alcove above a fireplace may have been one too big for me. Unbelievably, I hit an electric wire inside a wall stud, knocking out power to my living room. I found BRL Solutions on Angies list about 11PM Friday night and emailed them and asked them if they could call me Saturday morning. They did, and Brian showed up as promised at 11:30AM. He quoted me an hourly rate and estimate of completion to fix the wire in the wall and move the outlet to a new location. He repaired the electrical issue in about an 90 minutes. He also told me that he does a lot of TV wall mounts and could finish the installation for me (without any pressure by the way). I didn't think twice about it. I have installed two other wall mounts in my house but this one was far from easy. He had extra bolts for fitting the mount on my TV which was an odd shape. It took him over an hour to install the mount, and hang the tv. And it was NOT an easy or strait forward job. I am pretty sure it would have taken me a lot longer. Brian is small business owner that takes a lot of pride and professionalism in his work. On Friday night, I was left literally in the dark on my project and very annoyed. I needed help and what I got was exactly what I was looking for. I fully attend to use Brian for any future electrical works and would highly recommend him."
