"Alan is a nice guy and a hard worker. However, job is incomplete and he has ghosted me. 1. Did not finish lattice strips on screen job. 2. Used carpet remnant used for non skid material on ramp. 3. Repair leaks from work done on roof. Photos attached. We made arrangements for him to finish up and he has ghosted me. So disappointing because he's a nice guy."
