"We’d hired a contractor to install 1200 sq. ft. of flooring in November. We needed the work to be completed by December 3rd. Our contractor wasn’t able to start our project until the Monday of Thanksgiving week, so I flew to Sarasota a week earlier and tore out the existing flooring to expedite the work in our condo. Work hadn’t begun by our scheduled start date and our contractor informed us he wouldn’t be able to complete the work in our agreed upon time frame. So we opted to look for a different contractor. We reached out to Vrmmm Flooring and discussed our now nearly impossible timeframe. Vrmmm stated they could begin work on Black Friday and would work through the weekend to get it done. "Highly recommend this company. Our house was built in 2020 and the hardwoods were installed by TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems during the build. Unfortunately, due to problems with excess moisture the floors buckled in one area of the dining room. When we bought our house, it was purchased â as isâ meaning the builder and contractors had no obligation to come back and fix any issues. Our builder connected us with Eddie, the owner of TPA Hardwood. Not only did Eddie agree to repair the buckled flooring, but he also sanded down and refinished all of the flooring in the main area of our home. This was a 5 day job that required new flooring, and at least 40 hours of labor. Eddie not only covered the cost of the material, but also covered the labor. I offered to cover the cost of material and he wouldnâ t allow it. They have completed the repair and refinishing of our floors (5 full days of work with multiple guys) and the house looks brand new again. Companies like this are incredibly hard to come by.
