"Terrible. Arrived on Sat 2/14/2026. Spent about 20 min evaluating the problem. For both the washer and Dryer. He said the Dryer was fine, my vent should be cleaned. Which we did. The washer, he said, needed a new motherboard and latch for the door. He ordered it and said it would be in on Thursday or Friday. I called on Friday. He said it would be in on 2/21/26. Called on 2/21/26, he said he could install it on Monday, Feb. 23rd, between 12N -4PM. He arrived about 2:30 pm. Replaced the motherboard. Just as he was finishing up He told me the outlet was not working (TripSwitch). He asked me if I had a tester for the outlet. We tested it, but could not reset it. We changed outlets, and He started it. We paid him the balance. He packed up and left. He never waited to see if it went through a cycle. He was out of here a little after 3 PM. After he left, we put a load of clothes in and started it. I went for over 2 hours. and stopped with water in the washer. Could not restart. Everything that was happening before the first visit continued. I had to take the wet clothes out, and the water is still in the drum. I think he might have blown the motherboard and our outlet. Now we are 10 days without a Washer or Dryer. After we did everything he said. The dryer still does not work properly. Clothes are still damp. The Washer is sitting with water in it. We used Angi to help us select a reputable service. But are extremely disappointed. We want a refund of $968.50, plus $25.81, which it costs us to repair the outlet. Total of $994.31. Can't complete the survey as you do not explain which number is best or worst."
