"TLC responded very quickly. One man showed up right away to assess the need for a team of repairpeople and how quickly we actually needed it. He determined that we did need a team and we did need them right away. There were actually two teams. The first two men diagnosed where the problem was and another team arrived immediately thereafter with the equipment needed to do the repair. "John did an incredible job.  It was a very hard job, with a kitchen faucet that was there since the house was built 35 years ago, and no space to get to it.  He spent hours working on it and finally got it in.  It's beautiful. <br /> He also took down a built in microwave that has also been there since the dark ages and made from scratch a holder for the new one, then replaced it.  Everything was clean after he was done, as though he had not even been there.  He even fixed the exhaust pipe which had been installed improperly. <br /> On his way out I asked if he would please drill three holes for me in a piece of furniture I was repairing, because I couldn't get to the area of the  holes.  Not only did he drill the holes but placed the screws in them as well.  And it was late in the evening when he should have been with his family. <br /> A very very kind man, very knowledgeable, who is eager to help and is very professional.  He goes out of his way to help. <br /> I will call him again for any household problem.  Throwing out the other business cards, because John can do just about anything. <br /> RC Brown <br /> Albuquerque, NM <br />"
