It turns out that it was from our upstairs bathroom toilet (which we were going to replace anyways) The plumber Tyler was super kind and helpful. He fixed our leak and installed the new toilet that I had on my hubby's to do list. I was also surprised about how reasonable their weekend rates were and how fast Tyler got out to us. "Great! Jared from ECO Plumber replaced our failing sump pump in September. The old one leaked motor lubricant which created a gel which caused the pump to fail. Jared explained what happened and suggested a battery backup unit. Jared cleaned the gel, installed the new pump, tested it completely and cleaned the work area. I called ECO Plumbers today to check the pump due to my noticing gel was forming again. Jared arrived and checked the area and explained it was not the gel but instead a fungus which is normal. I was pleased with the explanation. ECO Plumbers were quick to respond and did not charge for the inspection. I highly recommend ECO Plumbers for any plumbing needs.
