"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

"I used this company for a number of years and the overall service is no longer the same. I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. I will not use them going forward."

"Matthew and his crew did a great job. They were fast and efficient. I got quotes from three Painters, they came in at the lowest price. I chose different colors for all the rooms, had them wallpaper another. I'll need a few touch ups after other contractors came in for work, and Matthew said that he'd come back no problem. I'd recommend him"

"It was a very professional experience from start to finish. It was a relatively big project. The team members were great: Corey on sales and drawings, Al as project supervisor, Joey and Gary as the main team builders throughout the project. All a great group. We were very pleased with the outcome. They were really flexible and picked up some no cost adds (matching and locating siding that ended up needing to be replaced due the old deck install, adding a swing set to the demo, etc.). Project photos are in the deck gallery on their website. This work was done from September-December 2017. Right as it ended we had a major family medical issue to respond to, so that's why our review was delayed posting. Would definitely have them back for a future project."

"This is ARK Home Improvement’s 4th job with us. The craftsmanship & professionalism is the reason why Noah is our first & only choice. We had our deck built about 10 years ago with pre treated timber. It has started to rot in places from general wear. Noah suggested replacing the entire bottom, railings & stairs with cedar as to its beauty & durability. The finished deck is absolutely beautiful. Noah hand picked each plank he used. It has a rich grain pattern that adds natural beauty & warmth as well as its lasting durability. Thank you Noah."
