"This company is freaking fantastic and if I could provide a better rating I would. I literally cold Rockland the morning of 11/1 and spoke to Jim who had informed me that Matt would be calling me. Within an hour Matt had returned my call to discuss the fence repair. Matt came out on Saturday to review the job and provided a quote the next day. Upon accepting the quote they came out and tore it down and dug the post holes on Monday and the fence was completed by Tuesday 11/5. The dialogue was always professional and constant. I was informed every step of the way and punctuality was not an issue. The fact that they were able to come the next day and have this repair completed within a few days speaks volumes. I had called three other companies and Rockland was able to put up a finished fence before I could even get the others to view the job and provide a quote. I cold called others as well to see who would respond first and it wasn’t even a contest. Top notch service Rockland. Thank You Jim and Matt. "OUTSTANDING!!!!! Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional!! The men they sent to do the actual install were clearly hard working and competent. With the exception of a brief lunch break, these guys worked non-stop........and this was a 3 day job!! There was no fooling around, talking on cell phones, etc. And the finished product was far superior to what had been installed 20 years ago by a different fence company. Highly recommend these wonderful folks if you want a well done, pro job!!"

"These guys are the greatest! They saved us a lot of money! We had a dumpster before the bullbag and for 3 tons of material and a week rental of the dumpster it cost us $486! We own the bullbag now, had a full bag - 3.5 tons - picked up and it was only $229! We didn't have any rental charges, excess weight fees, or anything! These guys did everything they said they would! "Jess and the electrician with whom she partners were amazing! They repaired some serious electrical issues in my antique (1790's) home. I went from having the whole house breaker flip whenever I ran the AC, or washed clothes, or ran the bath, or my Mac Pro computer, to everything running perfectly. They, and others, thought I'd need a power upgrade, and we were bracing ourselves to have this done. I paid the deposit. Upon further inspection they discovered the multiple issues could be fixed without the upgrade, so they did all the repairs and smaller upgrades and installations (to circumvent future issues which I wouldn't have foreseen but which other "handy" people have told me were really smart), and now I can run both window AC units while washing and drying clothes and pecking at my big computer, simultaneously! They were so honorable they pointed out this option and refunded all of my deposit that wasn't needed for the job--so the job went from $4,000 to $1,000!!!! How's that for great news?! Not only would I hire them again, but I've already passed on their info to several other people!"

"This was the third major construction project that Glenn Grover and the team at North American Building completed for me over the last 10 years.  Glenn came right over to help me understand the process of working with the insurenace company and helped me limit the damage when the flooding began from the Ice Dam.  The water damaged impacted half of the first floor of my house and required replacing the entire ceiling in the living room and kitchen.  It also required replacing the plastered walls along the back of the house and replacing the insulation and mouldings.  There are two things that I have to note, first is that Glenn answers the phone and always follows up. He is always on time and never missed an appontment.  It may sound like simple things but nobody I have worked with is as responsive and professional as Glenn and his team.  Since they were repairing a home that they had renovate 5 years earlier it was all fixed and you could not tell that there had ever been damage. All work was done on time and on budget with no surprises.  
Prior Projects include:

• 1. There was also a 2nd floor addion to my home completed by North American Building.  This included removing the roof from 50% of the house and building a Master Bedroom Suite.  They completed the exterior to totally match the design and trim so that it looks like the original home and not a house that has been added to.  One very important note is that Glenn is a great designer and worked with us to create the plans and engineered some very creative soluitions to ensure open space using high tech materials to handle load on the second floor.  He also created the plans for the building inspector elimimnating the need and cost for and architect.  All work was completed on time and within budget.

2. They completed an a additon to a stand alone garage.  This included adding a 2 story third bay to the garage.  Glenn also used high tech materials to put the garage door on the side of the building and ensured our ability to use the second floor as a home office. All work was done on time and within budget.
I highly recommend North American Building and Glenn Grover for any construction or renovation project, large or small. In the 30 years that I have been a homeowner no other contractor has ever come close to the quality, cost or professionalism.
