If you are looking for a door or window installer, you will find Todd to be professional, as well as very knowledgeable about, and experienced in this work. He even explained to me what he was doing at each step, so I could see and understand his process of installation, including sealing the door into the frame, and maximizing the insulation around it. He was also very thorough in discussing lock options for our doors, and helping me choose the most secure locks for our home. I'm glad we hired Todd, and we feel so much warmer and more secure in our home because of his help. "

While I will admit that I didn't see the email they later sent us after some days about the total cost, but from the conversation we had when he came over he wasn't upfront that the cost would most likely be about twice much then what he suggested at the time hence the review."

His communication was excellent from the start—professional, prompt, and friendly. I’ll admit I was a bit nervous about having a stranger in my home, but he instantly put me at ease both during our initial conversation & when I met him in person. When I asked if he worked on other types of projects, he said yes & suggested I make a list for us to review when he arrived. He showed up right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with my storm door, & had it fixed in no time. Then he efficiently worked through the rest of my list—from lighting & overhead garage doors to back garage doors, shed hinge repairs, & installing security cameras—handling each item with skill & care. "It was our third time using The Handy Veteran and it will not be the last. Kevin and his team are absolutely top notch! Our first job with Kevin was to replace and paint all of the wood and trim in our entire house, replace carpet with LVP flooring on a third of the floors in our 3000sqf home, refaced our fireplace, install a new front door, & paint the entire house. Second job was to repair and paint our large deck. This last job was to replace more floors, remodel our guest bathroom and hang multiple lights fixtures. Our first job was in 2020 and the initial work they did is still perfect. Kevin stands by his work. He is not satisfied until the job is done right and was extremely accommodating to all of our requests.
