"I got quotes from 4 roofers. Most and least expensive were automatically removed. What set Berg ahead of the other vendor was the no nonsense approach. This is what we offer and theis is the price. No sugar coat or dance. Also, the price and product was a factor too. They came out and stripped the house and garage to the wood. Replaced some of the wood, installed the ridge vent and new shingles in a day. They have a dumpster trailer on wheels, so there was no damage to lawn or driveway. It’s been a few weeks and I think I’ve picked up 4 nails and 1 piece of roofing felt. No complaints with that, compared to what came off. Overall, they said what they did and did what they said. I’ll be calling them for a quote on siding in the future. Very happy overall."

"Bob the Builder was a blessing to my family. After getting no where with other contractors and dealing with the insurance company. Bob the Builder step in and handled everything that needed to be done to get my mother’s house repaired. Me and my siblings were searching to find a contractor to repair my mother’s house since December 2020. We even asked our insurance company for recommendations but those contractors gave us the runaround. "Project started on time. Shingles were delivered in a truck that was too large to get under trees over drive so they needed to placed on ground and manually carried up on ladders. Supplier stated that Infinity should have informed them of the site and they would have delivered with an appropriate sized truck. If I would not have been home to stop them from driving up drive, I don't know how much damage to trees and lawn would have occurred. My biggest criticism was the lack of supervision on site. Before we signed on, I was told that there would be full time supervision. The project manager showed up a few times during the day but did not stick around to supervise the workers. Each time I went outside I asked who was in charge, never got the same name. Individuals came and left, no consistent supervisor that reviewed the work approach and quality. On our roof, siding needed to be cut to install new flashing. They had no process to cut the siding. Not even a line was not struck, a jig was not used and the result was butchered siding, that they would have just filled with excessive calk. The project manger did not do or say anything about the quality, they would have collected their money and left if I did not object forcefully and withheld payment. The crews did not protect the gutters and damaged three sections severely when carrying up the shingles. Cleanup was generally good, some minor damage to shrubs but within reason. The good news was that they did respond with corrective repairs. Their siding crew replaced the heavily butchered siding and their gutter crew replaced the damaged gutters , so in the end we were satisfied and paid the bill in full. The process was more stressful than it should have been. If I did it again I would require a commitment in writing on a full time supervisor, the same one from start to finish."

"The team from TTLC made the entire process simply and easy. I had a dedicated project manager that essentially took care of everything for us. I barely had to get involved at all, other than choosing days for installation. We chose from a variety of samples and colors which all looked nice. I can save you a lot of time by suggesting you go with Premier for your job. We had an insurance claim that was covering the replacement of our old aluminum siding. We were also in need of new windows. We decided we'd bite the bullet and have all the windows done, as well as the siding. This was going to be a big job and I wanted to find a single company who could do both of these projects in unison. After doing the research, on both products and companies I might want to do the install, we got a number of quotes. At the end of the day, Steve won us over. Premier had positive reviews, like everyone else we considered. However, at the end of the day, we really liked Steve's approach, knowledge, and customer service. In addition, he's one of the few companies who has an actual brick and mortar location where you can go in and look at products, and discuss your project. Steve took a lot of time with us and answered all the questions we had. He also made some suggestions that helped guide us in the decision making process of things like window type, exterior accessories, etc. Once we signed the contract, Steve gave us an estimated start time. He stayed in touch with us as products came in and also communicated progress of other jobs so we knew when to expect the official start date. His initial estimate was right on. Now, a company is only as good the crew who actually does the install. You can always be won over on the sales end, but it's the skill of the installers that really matter. Peter and Stanley were the gentlemen who Steve had work on our home and we had a very positive experience working with them. They worked with us to navigate some tricky workarounds with our large deck and screened in patio, along with other decisions that had to be made along the way. While they were proactive in asking how we wanted certain things to be done, they were also very patient and helpful when we had questions as the work progressed. Like any large scale project, there are going to be issues to work through. We had some rotten wood in places and also had a piece of Fypon accent that had a little damage when it arrived. I firmly believe that the sign of a great company is how they respond when something needs extra attention or when a customer has a concern. Steve went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and found solutions for each issue we encountered along the way. Steve is a local small business owner who cares about his customers, is patient, and does great work at a fair price. The crew he assigned us, Peter and Stanley, were on time every day and did great work. What more could you ask for? We are so pleased and proud of our home after the work they did. In addition, we've had many compliments from neighbors, friends, and families. My wife and I, without hesitation, would recommend Steve for window, door, and/or siding project."
