"This review is based on my experience with Miracle Method of Indianapolis. I have used this process before in another home and found it to be the best option as I do not like grout. This last project was exhausting and after numerous attempts to get it resolved I contact CDH. They were more than willing to help me and took a lot of time on the phone to help me. In the end I had to finish with Miracle Method as they already had 100% of the funds. I will also state that I incurred additional fees in plumber trip and new fixtures that were damaged as to a bad tape job. I wish I would have called CDL first. Please beware of Miracle Method."

"I shopped around and had Schriber's do some temporary carpet in my living room knowing later on I would do a complete gut and redo. Later when I gutted and after I applied new subfloor I shopped again for vinyl plank. A great finished floor may require some prep work. Most places wanted me to do the prep work, and since I don't know much about prep it would make for a subpar finished product. If you get a quote that says you do the prep, then the company won't stand behind the finished product because you're responsible for the prep work. Troy understood what I wanted, and would do what was required to make it look great. And I think it does look great. The best endorsement a company can get is repeat business. So when I'm ready to do my bathroom that's who I'm calling. That'll be 3 jobs from me. So I feel confident you'll receive the same quality. Don't waste your time at the flooring store."

Other estimates were 3x more. New Star said only resurfacing was needed.. Job took 9 days: 2.5 work + 2 curing + 2 weekend + 2.5 work. They took away the reproach of our ugly patio and gave us a beautiful, new, epoxy covered area when others said it couldnâ t be done. Above all, the owner, Jose, kept his word. I paid him the final payment a day early, and he still came back the next day to apply the final coat."

"Swimmingly—professional and thorough. Went the extra mile and even dealt with an unexpected problem. I feel bad because they did it at no additional cost but thought it was awesome they finished quickly—within the day—and performed beautiful work. We had selected and ordered the initial accent tiles for the job, but he consulted about best options for colors and sizes, gave us the name of a great tile store, and kept in touch which helped us—honestly, that was the best part. Both of us are working from home (which means we are both kind of constantly and unintentionally in some way partially working, ha!), so the follow up was genuinely stand out—in the home improvement industry, it is easy to find someone who does excellent work but misses an appointment. Clearly, that is not this business. They were prompt, follow-up AND actual tiling was indeed Top Notch. Included our fireplace—maybe not everyone’s style, but exactly what we wanted and frankly, better than what we imagined. 10/10, would undoubtedly hire again.
