They only complaint is they promised to level out the dirt displaced when removing and leveling the sidewalk and did not. "Ed came out the Friday after Christmas, was prompt, called and consulted with the plumbing company that tried to clear the line. He ran the camera, explained everything to me and then we schedule for them to drill through my garage and see what the problem was. They were here the Wednesday after New Years and fixed everything. they were polite, professional and respectful. They price was lower than expected and they followed up the next day with patching the concrete in my garage. Mike and his crew were timely with the estimate, final design and completion of the project.  They custom built a large cedar pergola over our back deck.  It turned out great and exceeded my expectations!  I was very impressed by the way they were able to work around certain fixtures attached to the house instead of removing them or blocking them with posts for the pergola.  The posts were also firmly secured in the ground with concrete.  All in all, a professional job!
