"James Carroll at BPA(Berkshire Property Alliance) showed up on time for our initial appointment. It was a difficult job with an old dock that had shifted due to ice pressure. The under supports had collapsed so the whole staircase and dock were catawumpus. James studied the situation for almost an hour and came up with an ingenious solution that did not require rebuilding the whole structure. He also designed it to reuse what was salvageable, saving material costs, and put in 4 foot concrete supports so it can't shift again. With his very hectic schedule, he managed to work our repair in - even worked until dark one afternoon and on a Sunday. We are very pleased with his work, his work ethic and professionalism. Would highly recommend! Wish we had found him years ago!"

"These guys are the greatest! They saved us a lot of money! We had a dumpster before the bullbag and for 3 tons of material and a week rental of the dumpster it cost us $486! We own the bullbag now, had a full bag - 3.5 tons - picked up and it was only $229! We didn't have any rental charges, excess weight fees, or anything! These guys did everything they said they would! OMG! Everyone should use these guys!!!!! Also, I got the bullbag back! I never have to buy another one and its ready to use whenever I feel like doing a clean out or renovation."

My home needed a wide variety of repairs and upgrades, things that had been neglected in recent years due to my husband's medical issues which prevented him from completing projects he had started when he lost his vision. They sent out contractors on their list. They don?t do the actual work. What they would do is schedule the contractor and then the contractor would not show up and then they would say we thought we called you to tell you they had rescheduled or something like that. The contractors sent the quotes to Top Notch and then Top Notch gave us the quotes. There were a lot of different things to be done. One company they sent out added something to the quote that was not to have been in there. They did not provide the insurance company with the proper paperwork that was necessary

"Everything went wonderfully with this company.  They were very professional, listened to exactly what my problem was, and explained to me how they were going to diagnose the problem and/or solve it before doing any actual work.  Once they started, the team (three people came) worked together like a well-oiled machine.  One was in the room with diagnostics, one was at the fuse box looking for possible problems there, and the third went into the crawlspace beneath our house to look at the physical wiring.  Once the problem was found (there was a faulty wire beneath the house that had come loose from the junction box), it was fixed and tested within minutes and another full diagnostic was done to make sure there were no other possible issues.  They cleaned up after themselves very neatly.  They also replaced the light switch with a dimmer switch at no extra cost!  Well within my budget, and came in even lower than their original (FREE) estimate!  I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Bergen County area.
