"I would highly recommend the Powder Room Guys for bathroom Reno. They redid 3 of our bathrooms within 2 months. Here is our review: * Professionalism: * The guys are all so professional, friendly, efficient, and a well-oiled machine (carpentry, plumbing, tile, electric, cabinetry/doors all work together really well). * They were always on time and got lots done each day * The communication app (Ring) was incredibly helpful for project mgmt and to keep everyone on the same page. * Any issues were resolved quickly so very little stress for us. * Paul (owner) is the best and he is honest, transparent, hard working, trustworthy, and adds little personal touches. * Cleanliness: I was shocked at how clean the house was during the process (including demo). They put down protective flooring/tarps and cleaned before they left every day. The also has an employee who cleans the house the last day of renovation, which is an amazing part of the service. * Quality of work is great. We just bought this house and it feels so amazing seeing that they completely gutted the bathrooms and rebuilt everything to be safe and to code (it was a hot mess before). Brand new high quality perfect framing, electric, plumbingâ ¦tile looks amazing. Great stuff. * Preparation and materials: they give you a really good materials list and help you with your purchases. I do recommend giving yourself as much time as possible to shop and allow time for everything to get delivered. We love our bathrooms. They look absolutely amazing. Whenever we do our 4th bathroom weâ ll definitely work with them again."

"I've hired Misael several times and I'm very pleased with the outcome as well as Misael's professionalism throughout every project. Estimates are fully documented in line-item form and accurate. Very neat and does his best to minimize impact to daily living. Most recently, we had a basement completely refinished. The job was completed quickly, on budget, and with good quality workmanship. He also had great recommendations for design/materials. Previously, he completed a full bathroom remodel. That was a challenging project for a number of reasons - but Misael persevered through the problems and the resulting bathroom is terrific. I can't recommend CFI enough."

"Sina and his team at BAS construction are top notch. From the initial meeting Sina had a ton of creative ideas that helped us build the vision we wanted for our house. We used them for our master bathroom, laundry room relocation and mudroom remodel. They handled everything to do with the permits which was extremely convenient for us but also if we ran into any issues they always were right there with solutions and suggestions. Remodeling is expensive, there really is no two ways about that, but we had limited surprises that came up and Sina was always very transparent about everything with us. He and his team show up and do an amazing job. We couldn’t be happier with the work that was done and would highly recommend them for your next remodel."
