Pro Renovation Masters also uses an app to communicate project progress to you when you aren't home - they can send details, pictures, etc., which is great for making sure the project is staying on track and we found it super helpful in communicating with the team! Our project finished on time and within budget - we couldn't be happier enjoying our new bathroom!"

"Although this review is way overdue, time has not diminished how completely happy I am we went with Star22 for our main bathroom renovation & our from scratch new bathroom in our basement and relocated our washer/dryer to an area we turned into a laundry room. Let me tell you, I am a very particular person! The details matter to me and I was so nervous taking on multiple projects. From beginning to end, Bernie/Tim put me at ease & delivered! Above and beyond! Amazing customer service - we were made to feel like we were the only client & the only project they had. The PM Jalmer was great - and my rockstars - the two Henrys did HIGH QUALITY work! Everyone was hardworking, attentive & any of my questions or concerns were addressed immediately. They obtained the permits & everything was done properly & up to code (passed all inspections!) THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Oh and they kept the promised timeline - no delays or issues. INCREDIBLE! "The overall experience with the bathroom remodel was excellent. Nick was amazing throughout the process. He explained what exactly needed to be done, was always on time and very fair in his quotes/pricing. There will always be unforeseen issues during a job and this project was no different. Over the w/e there was a leak due to old plumbing, Nick was there within minutes and help stop the leaking before any serious damage was done. He coordinated with his plumber quickly to resolve the issue. I definitely plan to use him on future projects and highly recommend him."

"I've hired Misael several times and I'm very pleased with the outcome as well as Misael's professionalism throughout every project. Estimates are fully documented in line-item form and accurate. Very neat and does his best to minimize impact to daily living. Most recently, we had a basement completely refinished. The job was completed quickly, on budget, and with good quality workmanship. He also had great recommendations for design/materials. Previously, he completed a full bathroom remodel.
