"Hired Built-Well to build a new oversized 2-car detached garage with several custom features such as utilizing steel I-beams and plywood inner walls. Also had Built-Well install new roof shingles and siding on my house to match the garage. Communication with Grant was great and he was very responsive to all my questions and details that I wanted addressed, along with being flexible on some add-on work/changes. Project was completed on budget as per the quoted price."

"Alex and his crew did an amazing job! He is a pleasure to work with and his prices are fair. In total we had our hardwood floors redone after they were water damaged; repainted our first floor, installed a new island and retiled our fireplace. They also installed new screen doors on the front and back of our house. They worked quickly but diligently. We are very happy with the results and are planning to use them again for our next home project!"

"We are absolutely delighted with how everything came together. All of the staff from sales to management to the deconstruction, construction & tiling crew. The basement is beautiful so well lit and clean with a new floor, the kitchen floor and wall looks great the downstairs bath had a pipe burst through ceiling and it looks better than before everything was done with care. They also repaired wiring and plumbing. The upstairs bathroom was completely redone, it went from very outdated with a bathtub, old blue tile walls. It was so beautiful now the shower is big and luxurious. The tiles on the shower walls and wall behind sink are beautiful and the floor tiles tie in so well together, I was actually surprised just how well. I also needed a light in my closet and new updated kitchen pendant light to replace something that looked like it should be over a pool table. I am unfortunately unable to upload anything because my pics are over . MB. Everything is perfect we are so happy."

"Terrific experience with JM Construction. We had major repairs done on our ancient garage, including pouring a new concrete floor. But the bigger job was the complete renovation of our kitchen, from the studs on out. New tiling, flooring including replacing a rotting subfloor, lighting, custom cabinetry with new pantry and attached broom closet, new island, sink, countertops, etc. Beautiful job and an appreciation for their creative problem solving will bring them back for even more work in our home!"
