He was always on time and when he was called in to do overtime at his regular job he called and let us know. He was accurate and tried to make old door openings with old trim look new again. I paid for supplies upfront and paid him for labor on completion. I plan on using him again after the holidays for my entry and garage doors. I do not know what the going rate of pay is for this kind of job but I was happy to pay what he ask for. <br />"

We called and found out that this very nice gentleman lived nearby and he was very pleasant to speak with on the phone. He came out the next day and gave me a very fair price for a good load of work. The owner did all the work himself. He brought in his cleaning crew to clean up and they did the whole house. It was amazing. Well worth every penny. "Because this is a 1 year contract I am not sure how the maintenance schedual gets managed.  Our Yard is looking much better (less weedy and greener) in the grassy areas.  I am going to review our contract about the weeding in the flower beds or maybe that will be done later.  The workers all work hard and do a good job for what they are here to do.  They have also come to haul off debris when I cut down 5 dead trees.  Prompt service and easy to communicate with Justin by phone or text. <br />"
