"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"The Cordova Painting crew was excellent! They are VERY professional and meticulous when it comes to cleanliness. We had our entire first floor interior painted including a two story foyer and great room. Cordova Painting came each day on time and ready to work. The painting and drywall results are fantastic!! They completed the job in just over 3 and half weeks and were very reasonably priced. What impressed us as well was that at the end of each day, they vacuumed and mopped our hardwood floors to clean up any dust they may have created that day. "The painter arrived on time, and had all his own supplies, including protective covering for floors and furniture.  He took the time to review the job details with me, and when he realized the job would not take the full amount of time paid for, he suggested repainting my entry door also (no additional charge).  I was very pleased as it needed painting, but I hadn't budgeted for doing it.  He was very neat and professional, and the quality of work was excellent.  It has now been 4 months since the service, and the kitchen still looks like it was just painted.  My entry door now looks great too!

"The Corrigan team did an excellent job of painting the house. We have had the house painted twice before, but never saw such extensive prep work as happened this time. In addition, rotten wood was replaced and the shutters, some of which had broken and/or rotted, were refurbished. The house now looks like new. In addition, they repainted the floor of the screened porch and the rear stoop, which we did not expect. Our only caveat is that cleanup was not as anticipated. Joe said they would vacuum up the chips and dust, but the most they did was to blow some of the dust under a bush. Over all, I would certainly recommend them to anyone who wants a thorough and expert job done on their house."
