I told him that our field was out back but he said he couldn't put it anywhere except in the driveway, which I understood. "Was scheduled to begin the work Monday morning and was told it would go for most of the day. They called Monday morning about an hour before their scheduled arrival to reschedule due to chance of rain in the forecast. Why they couldn’t check the forecast the night before and give more of a heads up is beyond me. They said they’d be at my home first thing the next day. First thing became 12:00 pm. After roughly an hour & a half they said they’d be back in “about and hour” as they had to pick up another worker to dig out roots. They finally returned nearly 2 hrs later, and said they’d be working until “probably 7:00” that evening. Around 4:45 pm they packed up their equipment and left for the night, without any notification. My neighbors even commented it seemed like they were barely there. Finally, after what I was told would be an all day job turned into a few hrs over 3 days job, they were finally “finished”. Upon arriving home, I saw they had cut down the other 4 bushes/trees I had wanted out, but did not dig them out. There was a note left on my door; "Those roots are too deep for what was quoted. You need to pay us more to dig them out." The quality of the completed work was very good. Their lack of customer communication and sticking to an agreed schedule was extremely frustrating."

"Sawyer Services was prompt with an estimate, on time to begin and on time to complete the job.  The crew was very, very good and worked hard the entire time they were on site.  Since it was not possible to get their truck into the backyard where the work was being done, the crew had to haul all the branches and cut wood around to the house to their truck by hand.  I was really impressed with the climber's skill at climbing the trees, rigging safety lines and swinging from the top of one to the top of another big tree, to safely and efficiently complete the high level clean-up.

William is the upmost professional and nice guy I have met in a long time. He is knowledgeable in paint, all plants and trees.  He answers his phone, arrives on time and always with a smile on his face. He painted the trim and stained the deck for us recently. He found rot in one corner of the house. Made sure this was fixed the very next day. Found bees living on the other side of the house. Again, took care of this that day. Noticed a leaking faucet and fixed that. He is a perfectionist and does a terrific job no matter what it is. We are very pleased with William and hope this is a long lasting relationship for years to come. Any issues with the house we will be calling William.
