"We wanted a 10' x 20' patio installed but were not sure what materials to use. The area needed leveling and there was a slope to contend with. Aaron gave pros & cons of using pavers/crushed granite vs flagstone/mortar; no hard sell for either one. He explained we would need a small retaining wall on one side of patio to deal with sloping yard. We went with flagstone/mortar as it would match existing retaining wall and steps. Aaron provided an itemized proposal and placed us on his schedule. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Once started, they were finished in a week. Clean-up was outstanding. The workmanship is second to none. Patio is perfectly level, drainage is exceptional, and the flagstone is beautifully placed. We are so fortunate to have found Tecton Stoneworks on Angi. Highly recommend this company!"

Both of these projects involved obtaining HOA approval as well as city permits. Geraldo managed the city permits for me in a very timely manner. The concrete work is over a year old now and is in perfect condition with no cracks or sinking. His communication style was very timely and professional. "Mr Davalos is amazing! We had bids that were 2 and 3 times more and we thought, “no way this guy is for real”. But his work was amazing. And he is the nicest person. Some of the stones were loose and he came out immediately and repaired. He calls to check and see if things are going well. I don’t even think he realizes he could charge so much more. I told him but he just smiled and said thank you. I know it’s hard to find good people who want to do good work but this guy is the best. I’m sure one day there will be a bad review for something but I do hope this review gets you to take a chance on him. We wanted a 22x22 patio with 6’ fire pit and did the work AND THEN added another 10x14 for a dining area for half the price anyone bid for the 22x22 alone. It almost cost the same for me to buy just the materials as he charged for the whole thing!"
