"Early Saturday evening we lost water. I called our regular well company immediately but did not receive a return call. I understand, not everyone wants to work on the weekend but by 5:45 AM Sunday AM we were fairly miserable. Carrying water from the swimming pool over hardwood floors in order to refill toilets is not my idea of fun. I put in a call on a Sunday morning a bit after 7:30 AM to Bay Area Pump and Wesley texted back almost immediately. He asked if between 10:00 - 10:30 AM was ok (I was thrilled) and was at our house at 10:00 AM. The problem was ants had gotten in the well's electric box. I asked if we should have the well serviced regularly and he said no, just spray to keep the ants down. Wow, someone who responds quickly, is punctual, works on a Sunday morning for a fair cost AND doesn't try to sell us a service policy! Water restored, my husband and I are delighted and highly recommend Wesley and Bay Area Pump."

Had several quotes but went with Cass as they were reasonable and gave me options. Lui was very professional. Knew exactly what needed to be done. Completed the work in a reasonable time. He kept me informed during the process and also insured that the leak and water heater were replaced and repaired to my satisfaction before leaving. "joshua arrived when he said he would, looked at the problem - toilet wax seal, told me what caused the problem and how he would repair it. he also looked in a couple of other places just to make sure water wasn't dripping down the supply line thus creating the impression that it was the wax seal when in fact it might have been elsewhere. he then went out and got his tools and materials needed for the wax seal repair and even changed the bolts which anchor the toilet to the floor. within 30 minutes he was done. he was focused, thorough and very knowledgeable from what i could see. i plan on asking for him when i have my yearly plumbing service performed. i used to perform most of the household repairs myself, but not having the flexibility that i once had and quite frankly the desire, i look for people in the trades that i can trust, know what they're doing and make the repair to my satisfaction."

"Woke up to no running water, I called Mike at Hillsborough Pump and Well at 7:30 am, he was there by 9:30. After checking the system and explaining what he found, he gave me the bad news, both my pump and tank needed to be replaced. I paid my $95 check out fee, (which he later applied to the repair) and told him I was going to get some other quotes. He was very helpful and provided me a written quote with specifics on the type of equipment he recommended. After making several calls and researching a bit online, I found his price to be competitive, but not the lowest, most importantly he was able to start right away. Mike came back the same day around 12:30 and started the job. Everything went fine, the job was done much faster than I had expected, then Mike ran into a problem. We were getting water to the house but not in the house. After spending a bunch of extra time he discovered a piece of the old pump had clogged one of the pipes inside the house. He did not charge me any extra for the additional labor or materials needed to correct the issue. I appreciated the extra effort and his professionalism. <br />"

"Everything went very well. Called David’s on a Sunday when our well pump stopped working. Left a message, and was called back within just a few minutes. 15 minutes later, David’s nephew was here and quickly narrowed the problem down to a failed capacitor and control box. He also offered to replace the pressure switch assembly, which although still working was likely to soon fail. They had the parts on the truck, and had us back up and running within an hour. Excellent customer service from a neighborhood family owned business. We would definitely use their service again in the future."

"Called Olin to examine a wet spot in the laundry room ceiling find the source of the water. Culprit turned out to be the tub in the upstairs bathroom. This was an awkward and difficult job involving cutting through the laundry room ceiling and the upstairs wall behind the end of the tub. to locate and fix the problem. I have nothing but the highest praise for the work done by Buck and his assistants. They arrived ahead of the originally scheduled time and got right to work. Buck was very friendly and knowledgeable while explaining everything he found and what my options were. We settled on an expected cost to repair the leak and additionally fix some loose faucets in the bathroom sink. I also had him replace the main water shutoff valve on the outside of the house. The whole job was done very professionally and ended up coming in below the estimated cost. All in all I was very pleased with the job Buck did. I highly recommend these folks."

"The whole process went about as well as any repair I've ever had.  The office person I spoke to twice was friendly and promised to call before the technician showed up, which happened about an hour after I initially called for service. <br /> Danny showed up 10 minutes later and immediately was very engaging and demonstrated a great deal of knowledge as he began troubleshooting.  It only took him about 15 minutes to determine the cause wasn't a failed pump, but instead some bad wiring.  He repaired the wires and replaced the pump controller that got fried due to the short then tested the system to ensure the system was operating within specs. <br /> Everything is working great again.  If I ever need service again I'm going to ask for Danny! <br /> Thanks for a great job, <br /> Doug Mobley <br />"
