Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."

It was easy to work with the office staff.  Mike was very accessible and helped us with our design ideas and color choices.  His crew showed up on time and worked hard to put the siding on according to the manufacturer's requirements.  They were courteous and careful.  They worked with the Hardie Board representative to make sure to do a professional job.  They worked over a two week period and made sure that we were satisfied with the result.  After they finished we walked through and they took care of any concerns.  They cleaned up the job site thoroughly after they completed the job.  We are very happy with the final result and would highly recommend this company and this crew. "

"Christian came by and surveyed the loose shingles and gave us a quote.  We called him and we set up a time he would be back in a couple of days.  He came by but the color of the shingles didn't match so he came back by a few days later after we realized that our shingles were still on the roof.  Christian came back and re-installed our shingles while we were gone and didn't charge us.  Wow, were were surprised with that kind of service!  We are sending him a gift card for his job!  i was just so grateful!  We don't see this kind of kindness very often and we want him to know just how much we appreciated this!  We will definitely recommend SOUTHERN GRACE EXTERIORS to any of our friends or neighbors in the future and we will definitely use them again ourselves.

"Everything went very well. The guys were very friendly, returning calls quickly. The quality of the work was very good and they cleaned up after themselves. They even used a large magnet to make sure there were no nails, screws, etc. left on ground. They were very careful around the house and did no damage to house or landscaping.
