"They do good work except for one major thing.  When it is the rainy season and the ground is 'saturated' from water... their workers don't care what their equipemtn does to your yard.. they still run their machines all over and tear-up your yard.  I've had mud tracks, RUTS, grass uprooted and patches of no grass resulting from this.  This happened more than once .. I was so angry with that.. I cancelled the service.

"The initial experience was positive. However, I was planning additional work where she recommended her son to perform. I called her son and he did not return my phone call. After speaking with her, he call the next day. Unfortunately he was not qualified to perform the work I desired, so I informed him to not stop by for  a pre-bid discussion. I believed it would have been a waste of his time, since I knew I wasn't going to use him. Within the next day she sent an email and indicated she "could no longer support by proposal as she had too many clients". I find this hard to believe since she never mentioned this at any point in our discussions. As a matter of fact she was quote excited about working on my project. I believe she was discouraged that I did not use her son. While I can not speak of her landscaping skills, I believe her move was unprofessional.

Did everything they were supposed to do, and more (for no extra charge). Cleaned up, and could not tell they did any work. Were very professional and friendly. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone."

"Don installed our landscaping in excelsior springs, now almost now l two years ago. Don and his superb crew did a wonderfull job. Don, I like to stress to your other clients the plants to arrange on our landscaping had to be the best in excelsior springs mo. Not like other landscapers, you advised we go all around the house. That has made of landscaping unique. After the first year, I see more blossoms all the time. Wife walk around our twice a day to see what else is blooming and to see all the different green leaves. "They came out on a 2 hr Angie List deal. It was actually a bit more involved so it took about 3 hours. The extra hour was quite reasonable. Same hourly rate as the deal allowed. They fixed a couple of faucets and a leak that were quite difficult. I had looked at it myself and decided to pass and get professional help."
