"We hired David to tear out and replace a concrete step that was falling apart. He was very good at communicating what needed to be done and we were impressed with the hard work he & his crew did. It could not have turned out any better. We would definitely hire him for any future projects we need. His price was about in the middle of the quotes we received."

"Excellent. Mark Keys worked hard to get our house scheduled and repaired quickly so we could get it on the market to sell. They did great work at a great price. Took them two days to install 6 I-beam supports in the basement and to reinstall a window well."

"Dan Stanza and his team did a terrific job on our new landscaping. After having a new driveway and walkway installed, our yard needed to be filled up to the new levels of the drive and walkway. In addition, our landscaping had become overgrown and full of weeds. Dan spent nearly an hour with us, walking the yard and talking about what we wanted to accomplish with the project. He then stayed and spent more time walking the property and drawing up a plan. He took into consideration the specific requests we made and also explained when something we asked for might not be a good option. The plan was creative and also provided a solution for some drainage issues we were having. The work was accomplished in a very timely manner and with a high level of professionalism. Dan then took the time to walk me through all of the new plantings, as well as providing good information on how to care for them. Finally, he has followed up several times to see how everything is doing, and even stopped by to inspect on his own and apply some weed killer in a couple of areas. I would highly recommend Dan and the team at Good Earth Outdoor! <br />"

"Roye and the entire team at his company Prestige One are absolute first rate. On time, courteous, talented, creative problem solvers, easy to work with and the work was GORGEOUS. I can't recommend this company high enough. They installed an incredible 3500 gallon modern koi pond for us near the Plaza. Extremely talented team"

"Company responded promptly.  The area where molehills had caused severe erosion on the hill slope was filled in and replanted with grass; erosion netting was used to help the grass take hold and prevent further erosion.  Other bare spots and low areas were filled in and reseeded.  Drain spout outlet was moved to an underground system directing water to the bottom of the slope (away from the street).  The yard already looks better and next spring will look very nice indeed.  The cost was fair and I definitely got my money's worth.  They did a great job."

"This is a good organization, and they kept on top of the projects. They are not the highest priced, nor the best of the best - BUT, you get what you pay for and more. These are my go-to guys for landscaping, mowing and other projects/tasks. As a small company, they are faced with the problem of balancing work and staff. Aaron and Ali handle all of this quite well."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Platte City, MO

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
