"Chose the pupmnan because he was cheaper than the plumber i had look at my sump and appeared to have a few good reviews on here.  Besides that, the radon guy who said he didnt even know these guys liked his work!   <br /> The KC pumpman arrived on time and was just great!  Such a great guy to work with.  He evaluated my current setup and gave me some ideas on what to do.  I also had landscapers come out to my house to help with the drainage part and he came out and talked to them too about what he was d*** and provided some helpful info.   <br /> He worked on it for almost 4 hours in total and cleaned up after himself, even cleaning up some cobwebs before the battery placement.  I wish all contractors who came to my house were like him. <br /> <br />"
