"Three men came out on the day of the job.  They introduced themselves and got to work.  The shrub trimming turned out well.  The juniper removal  took much longer than had been estimated.  To their credit they completed the work, cleaned up and left. They were pleasant and professional about it.  As it turned out, they cut my sprinkler line even though I had pointed it out to them.  They apologized. They also did not remove all of the roots.  Since I was going to get the area re landscaped including the installation of a new sprinkler line, I let this pass instead of making a fuss. I would say what they did they did well for the most part.  The mistake they made was not a problem for me.  I paid another service about $600 more dollars to demolish even more junipers and to rework some of the area that Arborscape  had gone over.  It just turned out to be a bigger job than anyone knew. Even the second service I hired had to ask for more money (16% more) because they had underestimated the difficulty of the job.
