"As an avid DIY'er, I'm always skeptical when I need to hire someone to do work for me. My experience with Factory Plaza couldn't have been better. When I visited their showroom, I was greeted by a member of their staff who handed me a price list and directed me to the area where I could view the various slabs of granite. There was an area there where you could also take samples from at no cost. I spent about 45 minutes looking around without any sales pressure. When I had some questions one of the men there answered them and was very pleasant. I took several samples home and after deciding on what I wanted I placed a call and spoke with Mario to set up an appointment for measuring. The gentleman who came to measure (Simon) was very professional and explained the process to me while he made a template for the counter top. He stated that it would probably be 10 -14 days until the tops would be fabricated and installed. I was pleasantly surprised later that afternoon when I received an email from Mario saying that the install date would be the following Thursday, which was only one week! The installers showed up as promised and did a great job. They were very professional and took care to cover my new hardwood floors with drop clothes before they brought any of their equipment in. I am very pleased with the job Factory Plaza did on my counter tops. The price was very reasonable and the work done was high quality. There were no surprises or hidden costs. The granite was even sealed! I plan on using them again in the not too distant future and would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Factory Plaza!!"

"<p>The work went exceptionally well,  The cost was somewhat higher because there was a need to break up concrete floor in basement for a drain pipe and then re-cement the floor.  Also, wood trim was replaced on floors, the bathroom painted and a new door with hardware installed.</p> <p><br></p> <p>We are exceptionally pleased with professionalism of Rob and his friendliness.  He all helped in a non=associated minor electrical task with no charge.</p> <p><br></p> <p>This is my son's home and my son had Rob do more remodeling work in his upstairs bathroom.  My son was exceptionally pleased with the work and with Rob.  My son has 3 children (2 toddlers) and Rob was able to adjust his work and schedule to accommodate the "family".</p>"

"They are honest about things that needed to be done, that he could or could not do. He has a lot going on and so he has to work on bigger project first but that is common. Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people. I would use his services again in the future, as eventually it’s the right thing."

"We are impressed with the Marvin Everwood fiberglass product line and appreciated the time Marc spent with us explaining it to us in the showroom. He was helpful making suggestions to keep costs lower and researched a few add-ons we were wondering about. Although the price is high, we do feel we have a fantastic product.  Jim came to our house for final measurements, helped us pick a stain, and helped me with a change order.   <br /> At the time we signed the contract in April, we were told it would probably be late-May/early-June for our install. Didn't hear anything for a while, but when prompted I was told they were behind and it would be late July/early August because of weather and staffing issues. In early August, and after twice initiating contact and being told he'd check into it, we had to email a third time to get a response on a timeline. They said they are finishing up four large remodeling projects and are not able to give us a better idea of time yet. After another phone call and email, a tentative date was set in late September. After not getting any confirmation, we called about a week out to verify if  our date was finalized. We were told we'd hear something by Friday. We never did get any final confirmation, but at 7:50am on Monday, the crew rang the doorbell.  <br /> The crew was phenomenal. Friendly, professional, hard working, polite...we can't say enough good stuff about them. Our windows look great and the new trim is meticulous. Couldn't even tell there had been work done in the house as they cleaned up behind themselves.  <br /> Bottom-line: great product, high-quality work with insufficient communication in-between the contract and installation."
