"Jason from L&M Construction quoted a very fair price, did an excel lent job in replacing our exsisting roofing, cleaned up thoroughly, and overall was a pleasure to deal with. We had multiple communications during the job and he was always accomadating and even keeled in his approach. Subsequently we have used him again for flood repairs and consultations on home improvements and never been disappointed. I strongly recommend L&M Construction and will be definitely be using them again."

"Rick installed a new metal roof on a large barn. He went over and beyond in not only installing the roof, but also securing old supports that have saved the barn. Rick and his crew are professional and did the job in a very clean and timely manner."

"Always on time, hard worker, listens and finishes work as asked."

"Chris was very motivated and started the job promptly. His work ethic was great, staying late a couple of days late to complete job on time as agreed. He reviewed any issue found and was flexible when extra work was needed. The quality of the work was great in making the breezeway siding look the same as the garage, so with the paint job the house/garage improvement was dramatic. His pricing was reasonably and his clean-up appreciated. We would definitely recommend Chris to others and would engage him for work ourselves."

"DG Building did an outstanding job adding our custom deck bar. The craftsmanship is excellent, and it fits the space perfectly while taking full advantage of our mountain view. They also reinforced the deck with additional supports underneath the bar, making it incredibly sturdy and giving us complete confidence that it’s safe for family and guests. They were professional, detail-oriented, and clearly take pride in doing the job right—not just making it look good, but making sure it’s built to last. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product and would absolutely recommend DG Building to anyone looking for quality work."

"Jack and his crew did an excellent job. My location is somewhat difficult in several respects. One side of the house faces Lake Champlain and the only access to that side is from the deck. There is no ground on which to stage ladders but they made it work. Parking is also an issue and they were able to bring their trailer and place it in a location that allowed the neighbors access to their property. Sounds confusing but this is "rural Vermont"
The job was a day and half. They cleaned up carefully making sure all nails and old shingles were picked up and removed. Everyone was polite and professional.
