We accepted FF's proposal in totality including the suggested upgrade, except for a middle or third rail. Anything missing from the scope of our job was not due to us turning it down. While installing the new gate, the workers got spray paint on the house (pic). Awkward transition from the gate to the connecting fence. The problem was fixed, see the before and after pic. Karen quickly scheduled our appointment, was on time and professional. She was knowledgeable about the quality of her product and fencing in general. She was willing to return for a second visit (on a Holiday weekend) to provide more information re matching fence colors with house color. Their bid was extremely fair--even after we decided on a fancy top for the two shared gates. Also important to us was their honesty--no hidden fees.
