He then took my husband on the roof to point out the needed repairs and replacements. This was great customer service as it is always good to physically see what needs work. We decided to hire George as we were comfortable with his service. We selected the color we wanted and set a date for the repair. George's team showed up promptly on the morning of removal, and within 3 days we have a new roof that was expertly installed and everything was cleaned up. "Bill came over to my Mom's house and did a complete inspection of the roof.
