He did a great job of communicating with me, pricing several different options I wanted to look at, he was very reliable, thorough and did a quality job for me and his pricing was competitive. He completed the new deck in a timely manner and the men he had working for him were very fast and did good work. I waited 4 mos to have the deck stained and noticed a few nails that had missed the floor joists and Jeff the owner gladly sent one of his men back to correct the problem. (Based on some of the other reviews, I wasn't surprised by this.) We talked a bit longer, and when he learned that we would need HOA approval for the fence, he very generously gave us some advice about how to get (essentially) pre-approved so there would not be any lag time between selecting our contractor and starting the work.
