"These are honest guys who do a decent job. They came out originally on a late night when sewage backed up through the house drains. When it turned out to be a recurring problem, they didn't charge me for the second visit to unclog the same spot through the cleanout. I scheduled a final visit to dig up and send a snake with camera down the pipe to check for problems. Once they dug up the dirt around the pipe, it was quickly discovered that a backflow preventer valve was constantly clogging. They removed the valve from the sewer line, replaced it with straight pipe, and didn't waste any time with the snake. They could have tried to charge me for using the snake, anyway, but they didn't and saved me money in the process. <br /> I'd definitely recommend them for anyone in the area. <br />"

Before I could explain the problem, Jason already knew the problem and repaired it in 10 minutes explaining it was a factory defect with the model toilet I had purchased. They are dependable, no-nonsense, and thorough but quick. I had a kitchen drain collapse and Jason showed me how it was improperly installed to the disposal and drain. Instead of repairing the drain where it broke, he tore out and re-installed all of the sink pipes so that I have proper drainage now. Latta came back early the next week and installed the yard hydrant in a few hours. Looks great, and they did a good job. Earlier in the year, they also installed a dishwasher for me after Home Depot (who delivered it) refused to install it due to some policy where they couldn't make it drain to a drain on another floor (the drain goes into the basement, where it connects to the sewer line or whatever).
