"Robert was very quick to respond with a call vs. communicating via text . I sent pictures to him explaining a failed/ incomplete job by another contractor from Thumbtack… the worst ever . Anyway, Robert explained he could complete the job , came with a contact detailing work to be done and an estimate of cost based on the pictures. After inspection of the roof, the estimate was within parameters. Contract papers was signed, Robert got to work right a away. Robert is trustworthy and truthful, he did a perfect job! repairing my roof. I appreciate Robert’s interpersonal and professional qualities… I had no worries about him completing the work. Unfortunately , I was scammed by a roofer from Thumbtack for which I broke all the rules to protect myself ; hard lessons learned! "Scott Allen and his brother did an outstanding job in repairing the dry rot in the eaves of our roof caused by another company’s faulty installation of leaf gutter guards. Scott came to our house and thoroughly examined our roof and then explained in perfect detail the cause of the dry rot and the necessary repairs. He gave a very genuine cost estimate and performed the repair on same day. Such a nice bunch of people with great worth ethics. Highly recommend."

"They kept breaking the tiles on the roof they installed so they had to keep ordering new tiles to complete the job. The problem was they resorted to texting on occasion until they were asked to actually call us to resolve, which is not very professional. Our biggest concern is the solar installation. There were delays because they did not install the correct breaker. Now we found out that some of the panels are facing the wrong way and need to be re-positioned. We are unable to monitor the effectiveness of the system they put in even though they told us we would be able to. They're having trouble getting access to monitoring for us so they can see what is happening with our panels but we can't. They have continually asked for payment although they have not completed the job to our satisfaction. That was the same even when the roof wasn't completed they wanted payment. I would not recommend them to others. They were great at first but their responsiveness has been lacking and the work has continually gotten sloppier. Their demands for the payment have also become more frequent."
