I did not realize that it would cost another $900. to complete this process. I would have appreciated a ball park figure for this additional bill."

"This project started out as small job, but then rapidly grew into a full house remodel very quickly. <br /> Originally we wanted to look at a few new windows and maybe doors. Quickly, after we became very impressed with Don's <br /> knowledge and upfront honesty, we changed our pace. We had Donny modify many of the opening sizes for the windows,  which really pushed what I thought was possible. Don and his crew came in and quickly changed king headers, rough openings, and had the windows tightly installed before we knew it. We were amazed with the crew. Being very satisfied, we quickly moved to the door choices, some siding and installation. All of the doors' and siding quality, fit and finish were perfect and on budget. <br /> Gotta love that!  Now we have chosen his crew to do a whole new roof in the spring. <br />      So, I have to say Donny's knowledge of windows, doors, siding, roofing, gutters, framing, installation, trim work, insulation, sealing, and the market's best available products plus a vision for design are great. "Cody Kline and his assistant arrived between showers and went straight to work cleaning the gutters. They were efficient and professional. They did a thorough job and cleaned up afterwards. Cody then provided me with two estimates on different types of gutter systems that he installs. I will definitely hire them again. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Paul immediately struck me as a honest, decent guy, who knew his stuff ,and he proved me right. He did a thorough job of showing me where insulation needed to be added, explaining how he'd do it and using plenty of materials (and I believe the job required more than he had estimated, but he didn't charge me a penny over the original estimate). The cleanup was meticulous. <br /> Further, when I had a water leak problem several months later, Paul came right out, no questions asked and no defensiveness about how it couldn't be his work causing the problem. That turned out to be true (I had a small under-cabinet water heater that had been leaking for some time), and Paul stayed for more than two hours to help me remove it, take out parts of the cabinet (and his insulation work) and clean the mold. His positive attitude and willingness to ensure that it wasn't a result of the siding removal or other insulation-related work almost made it fun to tear apart a kitchen cabinet. But now he and I both have peace of mind that the problem is solved. <br /> I'd highly recommend Gibbons Extreme Insulation. He's often busy and it may require a couple of phone calls to connect with him, but it's totally worth it. The crew's knowledge of insulation and experience in installation, as well as their attention to detail (making sure the job is done right and cleaning up behind themselves) is outstanding. <br />"
