"I used D. Rhode Heating, Plumbing and AC for two projects. First was an installation of a new air conditioning and heat pump unit. From beginning to end everyone we dealt with were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Dan was very helpful thoroughly explaining our options and giving us a fair estimate. The office staff were always friendly and helpful when we called them. Jeff, Dwayne and crew did a great job in the removal and installation of the new unit. They were very respectful and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was completed. The second project was the installation of a new well tank. Jamie was very professional and knowledgeable and also did a great job with the installation and cleanup. I would highly recommend D. Rhode."

"We have used Joe for multiple projects over the past 10 years and he never disappoints. He is courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. We recently had our hot water heater breakdown and Joe came right away and replaced it. There were some problems with the unit and he kept coming back until everything is now perfect. He is extremely patient and never loses his cool. It is so refreshing to deal with someone who is dependable and easy to work with."

"Finally! After an overall fiasco with an installation of a water heater, someone who has experience, expertise and business ethics came to fix the issue. Dave identified the problem, installed the temperature regulator on the water heater. Extremely neat, cleaned up, breaded and zip tied dangling wires. Gave a full detailed invoice after his work. Will definitely use him in the future!"

"I have owned my house for a year and have had several technicians in to inspect my hot water heater, furnace and air conditioner. None of these professionals noticed or mentioned several serious problems with our plumbing and heating equipment. A couple of these problems could have resulted in a catastrophic flood of the entire basement within hours. Jarred Fay of F & F came in and explained all of the issues very clearly and installed a new water heater (a very expensive gas power vented type) and fixed all of the shoddy work that had previously been done at the house. His prices were several hundred dollars lower than the large company that I have a service contract with quoted me. Jarred's work was beautifully done - you can immediately see the improved quality of products and installation. Jarred also fixed several smaller plumbing issues that had been bothering us since we bought the house and installed some safety valves and sensors that can avert flooding disasters and alert you if you have a leak. All work was done quickly at a very fair price. I will recommend F & F Plumbing to anyone who needs quality plumbing work!"

"I needed repair work due to a water leak in one of my bathrooms. After being extremely pleased with the original job, I had them come back for some other work I wanted done. I took the opportunity to update some aspects of both my bathrooms and the rest of my house. They were very knowledgeable, respectful, and took the time to explain all aspects of the work I needed done. I would definitely use them again and recommend them."

"I needed to get new faucets installed in my kitchen and in my bathroom. They were very professional, quick, cleaned up after themselves, and it was at a very great price. Will definitely be hiring them again."

"This company should be called "High" Quality Home Services Plumbing Heating and AC. Large AC install done at a reasonable price with no hassles. Highly recommended."

"JSP Home Services replaced our old Minisplit. It was one of the hottest days of the year, We called scheduled and JSP arrived the next day and completed the install by noon."

"David Kappas was very responsive-- he called me on Monday and we set an appointment for Wednesday. Tuesday he called me to tsay that he would be arrive at 11am instead of 9am as he needed to finish up some work. He fixed my clogged faucet and installed a shut off valve in an effective, efficient, calm manner. I went over some other plumbing needs and he discussed each one in a sensible way. I'm planning to use him for the other plumbing projects and am awaiting his estimate."

"Job went well and done in a timely manner. All new parts inside and out. It works as well as a new toilet and with the new tank float it now saves water."
