"Jamie absolutely saved the day. We hired a "contractor " who could install the new flooring as well as some other work we needed done. His work dragged on for three months. As soon as he got some money he bailed leaving us with a nightmare of unfinished work. What little he had done was very poorly installed. Jamie from Expansive Flooring Solutions came in, showed us exactly what had been done wrong, gave us a great quote, told us exactly what we would need and a firm timeline. He was true to his word at every turn, communicated really well and while he peeled back the layers of the work that had been previously done, kept us really well informed. Jamie fixed all the terribly shoddy work, repaired all the short cuts and installed our flooring the right way. Jamie went above and beyond to get it right. Our nightmare is over and the new floors look incredible!"

"Celtic provided several contacts for granite distributors. After picking favorites for the material at the warehouses, Rachelle sent us back the price per sq ft for each slab. We revisited the distributor on a Friday and decided on the slab. Michael came on the following Monday to make the template himself and help talk through any extensions in size that would make the area more usable yet ensure there was enough clearance to the side. Celtic worked directly with the distributor to retrieve the material, section, polish, etc. for installation on Friday of that same week. We were provided our choice of 50/50, 60/40, 40/60, or full single bowl stainless steel sink. Although they offered disconnection and take-away of the current countertops for an additional charge, we were able to do this ourselves and save a little money. The guys who showed up for installation were prompt and very polite and professional. Installation was quick. I was given the invoice w/ remaining balance and told to take away $150 because they decided the internal steel corbells were not necessary (although they would not have been sure until the time of installation). They did not offer reconnection of plumbing, so we ended up buying a new disposal and reconnecting everything ourselves. <br /> The only bump was that we did have a miscommunication in choosing the layout of the cut. The slab we chose had a lot of variability and movement, and we were drawn to a certain part that we wanted to make sure was used as much as possible. So although we asked to see the proposed layout before it was cut, we were instead sent a picture for approval of the pieces after they were cut. Rachelle and Michael were very apologetic of the miscommunication and offered to prepare a lazy susan or cutting board using a remnant of the piece we liked so much for no added charge. <br /> The countertops look beautiful, and we are very happy with the end result. <br />"

"Robert and Hernando were very helpful in the process of planning, selecting, and ultimately installing the new tops. Robert helped us out by clearly letting us know what we could do ourselves to save some costs. They also gave us a great price. My wife's aunt is an interior designer and commented on how great the price was compared to what she typically sees for the same grade. We were able to get a grade B, or 2, top installed with a bevel edge for several dollars less per sf than the big box stores were offering. The install also came with a lesson on how to seal and care for the tops. I would highly recommend Exotic MGT if you are considering having new stone tops installed.  <br /> Side note: I strongly recommend talking with a local fabricator/installer before striking out on the process with a big box installer. The process is much more comprehensive and you get to pick your stone - maybe even the actual piece - from the granite supplier. Some stones have massive variances from a little 4" sample and it's good to see that before buying. It's also really cool to go around the warehouse and see $30,000 pieces of stone! <br />"

"Fantastic! They were friendly, quick...less than a week from measuring countertops to installing new granite countertops...and the quality is incredible! The workmenship is absolutely phenomenal...they were able to do our quite large counters with NO seams...anywhere! Our previous granite had seams...other people said we had to have them because of the way the kitchen was designed...but they were able to cut and install with NO SEAMS!! ? And they were less than the other bid we had received...which that bid was also going to leave us waiting 4-8 weeks. I cannot say enough about how gorgeous the new countertops are and have already been telling others about how VERY pleased we are. We are planning on building a new home in the near future and plan on using them again for that home as well."

"Working with Granite Masters was easy and great from start to finish.  I hadn't planned on doing granite in my new kitchen install, but I decided to do a quick search of counter companies in Nashville, just in case, and Granite Masters came up.  I visited their store and the customer service was great, so I brought my husband back to pick out a slab.  We picked out our slab, were provided an estimate, and we scheduled a day for the install.  A few things happened with our other contractors and we had to reschedule our time to complete the template a few times, but they were always so nice and accommodating.  We had the templates done on a Thursday, and they were ready to install by Monday - this is what I found to be one of the most impressive parts of the entire process.  They actually were scheduled to be installed on Tuesday, but they were able to come a day early.  If you go out to Home Depot or Lowes, the time between template and install is usually about 3 or 4 weeks!  They finished product is exceptional.  When I start work on my next two bathrooms, I will be calling Granite Masters.  I would recommend them to anyone looking for great service, great quality, and an easy stress free interaction.  One of the best! <br />"
