"Water Heater Masters were top-notch! I called on a Saturday afternoon - they were available 9am Sunday morning to come and inspect and quote. They only had one guy working that day, but scheduled me for Monday morning between 8 and 9. At 8:15am I got a call with an ETA of 8:45, which was a really nice touch! Despite telling me it would take an entire day to install, they were done by 1pm. They also found some creative ways to do the install to avoid drilling through my stucco (for the exhaust vent and for the condensate run-off). Very professional and clean-looking install. These guys may not always be the cheapest around, and they recommended a top-of-the-line heater (which is what I really wanted anyway), but I'd much rather pay a little extra for that level of service and support. Thank you!"

"My tankless water heater went out on a Friday night, and the Water Heater Boys were able to replace it on Saturday the next day! Excellent customer service and professionalism. Will definitely call if in this situation again, and will tell my friends!"

"Tony and his crew were skilled, professional and did a wonderful job. When I listed the job on Angi, Tony responded within 20 minutes. He asked about the job, asked for some pictures and I had a solid quote within an hour. Our installation had some challenges and, instead of making these issues more complicated and jacking up the price like other contractors did, he quickly came up with sensible solutions at a fair price. The job was done in one day and our new tankless water heater is superb! I highly recommend Tony and Tankless Plumbing Solutions."

"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"Premier Plumbing Solutions installed a new Bradford White water heater at my home. Alberto did a fantastic job. He was on time and explained the process to me before work was started. He removed the old water heater. Then vacuumed and removed all cobwebs and dust from the water heater space and a couple of feet away from that area, so the new water heater could be installed in a clean environment. The install went quickly. When finished, all the work, looks professional, clean and modern to today’s standards. He cleaned up any debris and mess made during the install. Alberto did an amazing job. I definitely recommend him and his company!!"

"I know it’s rare to give all excellent but it’s the truth. Dan at Beavers was so responsive and professional. I had an hybrid water heater installed which involved a learning curve; Dan made sure we were educated and understood how it operated. The city inspector gave a 5* Plus rating on the install. He’s a full contractor - I’ll use him for other projects!"

"Beni did a great job. Installed water heater in under 2 hours. Handled install with old galvanized piping. Had the lowest estimate and charge was the estimate. Very satisfied."

"Since my current water heater was 17 years old I decided to replace it before it gave out on me. I emailed Better Water Heaters in the evening with the details and got a phone call from Frans who scheduled Daniel to come and give me a free estimate the next afternoon. In the meantime I got another quote from another installer after texting photos of the current installation. Daniel’s estimate was similar for a standard water heater replacement but although I had not considered a tankless install I asked for a quote on that as well after discussing pros and cons with Daniel. Daniel then waited while I discussed this with my wife and since he could do the install the next day I decided on the tankless install and Daniel arrived the next morning and completed the install in three hours. I am very happy with the quickness and quality of the work as well as the quality of the Rinnai water heater that was installed."

"Cali Water Heater Solutions gave a reasonable quote for my new tankless water heater, then did the job quickly and thoroughly. I highly recommend using their services. The team is professional, responsive, and deliver on quality service."

"They showed up on time. They replaced and installed a new tankless water heater unit. David and his staff are very friendly. We are happy of our newly installed unit. It turned out great!"
