"Water Heater Masters were top-notch! I called on a Saturday afternoon - they were available 9am Sunday morning to come and inspect and quote. They only had one guy working that day, but scheduled me for Monday morning between 8 and 9. At 8:15am I got a call with an ETA of 8:45, which was a really nice touch! Despite telling me it would take an entire day to install, they were done by 1pm. They also found some creative ways to do the install to avoid drilling through my stucco (for the exhaust vent and for the condensate run-off). Very professional and clean-looking install. These guys may not always be the cheapest around, and they recommended a top-of-the-line heater (which is what I really wanted anyway), but I'd much rather pay a little extra for that level of service and support. Thank you!"

"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"The entire project from start to finish was fantastic. Within minutes of requesting a quote I received a text with a time they could be at the house. Rodney called to ask some questions, gave me an estimated price and time. Rodney was great to talk to and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Rolando arrived a little early which was great. He figured out what needed to be done and gave me an estimate which was within the range mentioned and started working. It took an hour to complete. Rolando went over what was done and why. I was extremely impressed with Rolando, he was courteous, informative and did a great job installing the water heater and bringing everything up to code. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Better Water Heaters again."

"I don't know enough to compare (dollarwise) the tankless water heater I purchased to others in the market. I can say it's an impressive piece of equipment and is providing my desired level of service. I now have hot water throughout my home in seconds! AND, Dave impressed me immediately as a sound, honest, energetic business man and technician. In no time he and Carl were at my house doing the work I desperately needed. It was dark when they finished but they lived up to their word in fixing my hot water problem "today"!"

"The complete process from the quote, to scheduling, to the installation of the tankless water heater was excellent. It only took one week from quoting through the completion of the job. The installation was completed in one day. The team was cordial and professional. Furthermore, the price was competitive. I would strongly recommend Super Brothers for your plumbing jobs."

"The cost to replace three natural gas wall heater was slightly less than Gree mini-splits heater cooler. The installers were courteous and professional. Delayed several days as the equipment haven’t arrived yet. Job cost as agreed, but took half day longer due to the complexity of installation. Results are excellent. The mini-split units works as specified. Will use Albert Nahman heating plumbing again in the future."

"We are incredibly grateful to Pedro Galvan and his team for stepping in during a moment of urgent need. When our hot water system suddenly failed, leaving us without hot water for daily essentials, Pedro responded with a level of professionalism, clarity, and compassion that is truly rare. From the very first call, Pedro was attentive, transparent about pricing, and committed to solving the problem quickly. He provided us with the most cost-effective and honest quote out of several we obtained—and, even more importantly, was able to come almost immediately when others could not. His workmanship was precise, efficient, and tidy. It was clear we were in the hands of someone who genuinely takes pride in his craft. In a world where so many service professionals overpromise and underdeliver, Pedro Galvan delivers exactly what he promises—and does so with warmth, integrity, and a deep respect for his clients. "This company was professional and came out right away. I needed a new water heater and it was put in the next day. Very competitive pricing. They did an excellent job. I only have good things to say about them and would definitely hire them again."

"Replaced a filing water heater. The work was excellent. My water heater was basically blocked in by the incoming water and gas pipes, but the two-person team managed to remove the old heater, replace pipes as necessary, and get everything working again. Gave up-front pricing including permit inspection. Super professional crew."
