"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

They diagnosed the issue, found the source of the leak around the upstairs window, repaired the window trim, redid the drywall inside, and finished it all in a day. Very impressed with their skills, workmanship, and timing. We called and they showed up and had the work done within 2 days. Would definitely hire again."

Jose took $3,300 of our money for architecture plans and design that we never received when we asked for our money back he refused and said that 2 meetings with general ideas and no precise details and sketches of the put outside my an architect they contract (after the first one refused to work with them) was the scripture of land. They pretty much stole our money we where willing to give them $1,300 for the ousting sketches that where computer generated and their time but the refuse led to return our money & stop answering our calls"

"They do exceptionally good detailed work, very quickly and efficiently. Alan can do everything from building beautiful arbors, and decks to installing light fixtures and ceiling fans. Very reliable. Reasonable cost to work performed. They try to locate reasonable priced items for the install as well. Highly recommend them for any job."

"Enrique and Joseluis did a beautiful job. We needed our faucet mixer valve replaced, but there was not access panel. They measured and cut a neat hole in the wall to get to the plumbing work. Once the new valve was installed, they installed an access panel. They also installed an access panel for a secondary bath. Excellent work! Will use them again for other jobs."
