"The portico could not have turned out any better. The project started as soon as our town provided the permit, and Mark's crew worked long days for a week and completed the project quickly. There were only two hiccups, both of which gave Mark an opportunity to show just how much he cares about his clients being satisfied with his work: First, a misunderstanding caused the color of the shingles on portico not to match the color of shingles on our house. When we pointed this out, the very next day Mark provided a full set of shingle samples so we could choose the closest matching color and the portico's shingles were redone. Second, there were some cosmetic issues with the paint and nailmarks on the flat parts of the portico; Mark himself came back after the project was completed, touched up the affected areas, and repainted the affected areas. In the end, the portico looks perfect and we are very happy with how we were treated like VIP by Mark and his crew."
