"The outside gutter and roof were leaking, and water was pouring through the ceiling in the back hallway at 6am. Crudellos sent Alex out, who quickly noted the problem, the exact make and color of the needed shingles, provided a thorough reasonable estimate, and sent workers over at 4pm to shovel the snow and ice off the roof. The main crew came in at 9am the next morning, and by noon, it was fixed, as if nothing ever happened. Now I have peace of mind, no matter what the weather forecast may be."
