"We received quotes/opinions from 4 companies. B-Dry was the most expensive but they were the only ones to actually go into our crawl space to look for the source of the water, and they offered a comprehensive solution. Waterproofing portion went very well. We have not had water in our finished lower level since they installed the system. We regret having them do the other items: beam supports, running the lines and downspouts to the ditch, and supporting the stairs; it's just not their area of expertise. Their repairs have caused other issues that we are now paying other people to fix (stairs primarily). We gave them a B overall because the waterproofing was done very well, but the rest of the work is only adequate (but we paid more than adequate prices). They also came out on an emergency basis and installed a sump pump to hold us over through the Christmas holiday; we were having family stay with us and didn't want to have to pump water out on Christmas morning, so that was much appreciated. And the crew worked in a crawl space that is not easy to access and they cleaned up every day before they left. We figured that having them do the non-waterproofing work would be time-efficient and would mean that the whole system would work as one complete system. Lesson learned. We would hire them again, but for waterproofing only."

"I was very happy with the work that they did. They were very punctual and polite. They were very respectful of our property. We had had a huge flood in our basement, so it was already messy down there but they still respected what we owned and did a good job. They answered all our questions and made sure that we understood exactly each step of the process. They took out our old furnace and rewired our whole heat pump system and when they did the quote they did offer several different options on how to install it, which components to use together, which ones were the best and their recommendations on which would be best for our home and our personal circumstances. They were very professional. They got the job done in a timely manner. We did have one small glitch, it was incredibly cold this winter and our heat pump was not keeping up, so we called them and they were here within I think 2 hours to reevaluate the system and made some adjustments and it was back on track."
